Well friends let me say right off the bat, Guy Ritchie is one of my favorite directors and he has been since the release of Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, in 1998. If you know his movies, you know his style. His films are filled with complexed interwoven storylines, multiple central characters, fast paced action and heavy dialogue, sometimes cheeky as they say in his native England. Let's not forget about the signature Ritchie plot twist just to keep the intrigue high.

In the Grey is a 1 hour and 38 minute highly entertaining movie starring Henry Cavill, Eiza Gozalez, and Jake Gyllenhaal. Shout out to Carlos Bardem and Rosamund Pike for playing key supporting roles superbly. The movie feels a bit like it might be loosely based on a true story but Ricthie revealed in recent interviews that it is pure fiction from his creative imagination.

Final thoughts
This is a clever nod to action movies with elements of a Bond film or even Mission Impossible without the sky high budget. High energy, great casting chemistry, and a suspenseful but slightly thin plotline, make for a fun theatrical ride.
